Panic Room

I cannot find a ticket to the Panic Room. I've read the guide, I used hints... nothing works.

Hello same, I could never find it :(. My guess is that it has been forgotten, and now we can't finish the bonus game

There should be a puppet near the panic room entrance, if you talk to him he gives you the ticket.

I cannot find the ticket either. There is no puppet I can talk to.

On the right to the panic room entrance there's another booth with a puppet and a purple cloth draped over something (when you remove the cloth, there's a skeleton underneath it). The puppet should have a red ticket in its hands, and if you click on it it should give you the ticket.

I have not been able to access any of the "extended" rooms that are supposed to be available - tunnel of horror, werewolf's room, panic room etc. It's really frustrating. The dialogue triggers and key items just aren't there at all.
