Finishing the Bonus Chapter

I can't seem to be able to finish it.... I've defeated Elliott but Annabelle is still unconscious and I don't know what I"m supposed to do to wake her up - I don't have any objects left unused in my toolbox and no available actions anywhere. "Help Annabelle become human again" remains as an uncompleted task in the Notes diary, but I don't know what to do to complete it.

I've tried using Hint in all the locations I can go to, but nothing is coming up. So how do you actually finish the bonus chapter? What do you need to do?

I have had an identical problem, though I have a random scoop of water for no apparent reason. Everything comes up as "you have no possible actions here" even when I press the hint button
