As the title says, does this game features full key rebinding for mouse and keyboard?

I died in the battle after getting Returnal and I no longer have the spell after spawning

Pros 1. Combat feels excellent, although I wish the game taught the player about the D-Pad options. 2. Focus mode is a really cool and fresh mechanic. Cons 1. I had to mute the dialogue because the protagonist kept pronouncing words incorrectly during cutscenes. Please hire voice actors. 2. there were some areas where I was struggling to find where to go, notably the shortcut before the crane key section. 3. I assume the cutscenes are unfinished, but the animation and character models do not look goo...

I think the animations are a bit stiff for our lead but the game feels pretty decent. Only problem I think is that lock-on is a bit finicky, there doesn't seem to be any sound cues for some enemy attacks, and also the game crashed in the warehouse for the crane....

I keep running into a bug where enemies that fall through the ground and when this happens the game does not know what to do. The remaining enemies then stop dying and their health bars either disappear or become empty but won't register they are dead and just stop moving while standing in place. Can post footage of what this looks like if needed but otherwise i am unable to progress the game at all once this happens...
