what a sad, pathetic shell of its former self

This game is a horrible shell of what it could be and what it once was. It is as if the dev took all of the lessons they learned with the progression of base pso2 and just completely threw it out the window. Game is great if you enjoy throwing money at a menu and dress up simulator. All it feels like I am playing now is a predatory cash grab at fashion items and gearing up for a whole lot of nothing to go and fight. There is no story, there is no endgame, and the drop rates are so abysmal that it really is pointless to grind for drops. If you are a new player interested, please stay away there is nothing here to actually enjoy other than chatting with people, the gameplay loop at this point is fundamentally broken. There are no dungeons, quests ect that would normally come with any other pso game or even MMO for that matter. The combat is a shell of its former self and none, and I mean none of the NPCs have a single shred of personality or even a single redeeming characteristic. I cannot wait for the day this game dies out and we can move on as a community because at this point fighting the same 15 enemies since launch and the little amount of content available to play feels nothing more than an insult to the playerbase at best. Rest in ♥♥♥♥ PSO because that is what sega has decided you are.
