to my eyes the game isn't racist at all, the only reason that u kill Africans is the setting of the game, nothing more
At any rate, the base enemy composition is varied enough, since they threw in some Northern Africans and even some Asians to the mobs, despite the game taking place in what is almost surely Kenya (it is never named), where in reality ~99% of the population is black.
There is some undertone in racism once you get tot he enemy tribe that still dances around in grass skirts and shakes wooden spears at you, but I consider that part some leftover assets from Uncharted, used up here instead. (And let's face it, there aren't many more racist games than the Uncharted series.)
I always found it strange though that this game carries the stigma of potential racism, whereas when in RE6 we pretty much massacre gigantic mobs who are nothing but Chinese with the whitest characters ever created, not even the Chinese were complaining about it.

Seems like a middle eastern type guy. Thats when i got suspicious about the game being racist actually.
It's not. First because you never kill "people" in the main RE games, you kill infected victims that have already turned into bloodthirsty zombies/monsters, so they're pretty much already dead, they're not human anymore.
Second, you kill infecteds in Africa just like you kill infected Spanish villagers in RE4, Americans in RE1-RE3, and Chinese in RE6. In RE you allways shoot whatever has been infected and turned into a zombie or something like that, and one of the games happen to take place in an African country, that's all.
This game is about as racist as Mortal Kombat when you pick a White fighter against Jax (A Black Guy).
If a person wants to be picky then they could complain about the primitive tribe you encounter about halfway through. There still is indigenous people in Africa but I can see how maybe some people could complain about that. But it's still not racism. If anything it's just a stereotype.
