Logic behind the arcade crane game?

Is there a rhyme or reason to which prize is available from the crane game on a given day, or is it random?

Also, I've only ever seen two prizes from the crane game, a Jack Frost Doll and a Gan-something or other Bank. Are there any more prizes than that?

only 2 prizes, once you get 3 jack frost doll, you are all set, the other one is Ganesha

this isn't Persona 5 Royal where there are 8 dolls from crane arcade
in comparison Persona 4 Golden has 5 dolls from crane arcade

Essentially, Jack Frost Dolls are on Fridays & Saturdays, and Ganesha Banks for every other day of the week. The rate at which you can pull them are set to 30%, with the 6th attempt always guaranteeing a prize.
