Try second optional boss if you want the real challenge.
He's an optional boss that should be fought at around level 70-80, of course he's a joke if you are overleveled and you even used Armaggeddon, which btw also oneshots him on P3 Fes & Portable. Hell, in the OG you could kick his ass just spamming Thunder Reign + Physical Attack + All Out Attack
-> When you get dark zone of current Tartarus floor, Reaper will spawn much faster
-> i agree, Reaper is much easier in this game because player able to land critical hit (in older P3 games most players use Thunder Reign's 100% Shock, you can't infliict any ailments in Reload), use theurgy, shift, and now any physical skills have amp + boost
Reaper doesn't mean to be hard anymore, but instead Reaper for testing your damage output
if you wanna something real hard Reaper, play P4G, you still able to land critical hit against him but you can't inflict any ailment, no shift, no physical amp nor boost, only Hassou Tobi is overpower skill against him, so my advice don't use hassou tobi instead use primal force or vile assault when you able knock down P4G Reaper.
