Yukari and Mitsuru

Hello, this is my first Persona game and as much i think i'm doing fine on the RPG/Story mechanic, i was thinking about Yukari and Mitsuru social links.

About Yukari: i read that i need 6 in Charm to start her social link on July 25th. But what if i don't have charm 6 by July 25th? Am i screwed and can't start it at all?

About Mitsuru: i was able to get 5 in Academics by the end of July. Can i make it to 6 by November 21st when i need to start her social link?

July 25th is the earliest date you can start her SL, is all.

4 months is more than enough time, assuming you don't slack off. Just don't forget to hit the arcade as often as possible, since "You're The Answer" game gives the most amount of points.

The days are just the earliest day you can start their SL. If you don't have enough charm or academics? No problem you can start the SL after you get enough charm or academics anytime.
Your academics can make it to 6 before Nov 21 no problem since you just at the end of July.

Getting Yukari is actually easier than Mitsuru, since LEveling up charm is faster than academics. If you want the numbers

To max out all social stats in Persona 3 Reload, you need to have:
230 Academic points
100 Charm points
80 Courage points

Nothing will happen, you won't be locked out of anything.
If you try to interact with them you will be notified that you don't have the necessary social stats.
You can begin their social links at any point once you've hit max Charm/Academics.

Academics is fairly easy to max in the evening, just visit Wakamatsu in the evenings.
