Certain Social Links refuse to progress to Rank 10

Even with the corrosponding persona it says that progress wont happen no matter how much time i spend with them, why is this?

there are some social link will be lost in tautarus, if you fail at saving them, that social link wont progress anymore.

which one doesn't progress for you btw?

thats Yukari and Mitsuru's commu then, that's weird.

i assume you have passed Nov 21st then if you have both of those commu unlocked, did you mess with the game using cheat engine to time travel or anything? if not then i think something is wrong with it.

or did u get the event where they get mad of you for trying to flirt with other girls b4 their commu reach lvl 10? if this is the case then i think you might need to go to the shrine and pay up i think.

you might want to download the cheat engine table that let you edit the commu lvl and turn it back to lvl 8 and see if it progress normally again if none of what i assumed is right, this is weird.

Some SL required story progress, Mitsuru for example will available around December.

If it's the text which says "I don't think our bond will grow any stronger even if I spend more time with XXX..." that's a mistranslation and should actually be "I don't think our bond will grow any stronger UNLESS I spend more time with XXX..." It's basically a prompt saying you don't have enough Social Link Points to trigger the next Rank Up Event.
