Game Can't Run in Windows 8

It crashes before the game can even start to load.

Anyone know how to fix it?

windows 8 is the newest system and there isnt much up about it yet, youll either have to wait for a fix for it (as maple is an OLD old game and may have problems running on the newest OS) or macguyver something up

Ha, i remember playing this game YEARS ago. It's still having problems with the latest updates? I had the original download from the website, and it had issues with Windows 7... I don't know if it still does or not. All you had to do (or at least me) was ignore the warning that it wouldn't work, and it would work. I don't know how it would work now. There's a good chance that it may (or may not) work on windows 8.

Most Windows 7 issues are gone. Windows 8 doesn't even have an official release yet so don't even count on updates for MapleStory and Windows 8 till its even fully released.

I have windows 7, and that doesn't work either. I don't know why they say you can play it, but they need to do something about it. It tells me to confirm my email then it says error.
