How To Friend others?

On Steam? Well, If you've bought a payed game on steam, you can just open up your Steam friends list and press "+ ADD A FRIEND...". Another way would be to go to the person's profile and click "ADD FRIEND"

If you have not bought a payed game, then you cannot add other on Steam, they have to add you.

On Maplestory, you just open up your buddy's list and click "Add Friend" or something.
