1. Go to the website:
http://maplestory.nexon.net/

2. Log in.

3. Go to "My Maple".
It will be one of the things on the large red bar.

4. Go to "My Pic Info".
Easily accessed if you have your mouse cursor over My Maple.

5. Press "Reset my Pic".

6. Log into MapleStory

7. Reset your Pic

-Optional-

8. Write down all your info for future notice.

It would be best if you didn't necro this thread but...
It should be the same way...
Go to this website: http://maplestory.nexon.net/
At the top right hand corner, there's a login button; click it. Enter your email address and password to log in.
Move your mouse over to Your Account at top right hand corner.
Click Account Settings.
Scroll down to where you see Reset second password/PIC and select reset on MapleStory. Select the correct region though for it. If you're EU, select EU. If you're NA, select NA.

It'll send you some information in regarding to resetting and you continued the instructions asked of you.

You get to make a new PIC (after resetting) once you log into the game..
