their default key set up might be normal in Korea, but not to anyone i know. the arrow key for movement and attack is Ctrl? ya, im gonna play an online game for hundreds of hours using my pinky as attack in a game that revolves around button mashing, i dont think so. True, u dont use attack often once u lvl up some, but in my opinion, the Insert, delete, home, end, etc., buttons are not ideal hotkeys if im using the arrows. never mind if your on a laptop.
The game is designed to use the mouse as minimally as possible. You don't even need it to talk to NPCs anymore, as long as you can get near the NPC you can use the Spacebar to initiate conversation, and a mix of Spacebar and Enter presses to progress through the conversation and to accept quests and such. And characters with double jump skills can just (who'da thunk?) press the jump key again mid-air. I myself try to mess with the default key settings as minimally as possible because it causes more problems than it solves.
u go to your computers control panel and go to the joystick folder/menu
