Keeps Crashing After Login

Just downloaded the game for the first time. Everytime I log in, I get as far as to class selection or name creation and the ne game crashes with a "you have be disconnected from the..." message. I know my laptop is stong enough to run it. I have Windows 7.

Also, after downloading, Steam tells me that i some how have 2 hours of play time from over 2 weeks ago when I only just heard about this game yesterday... Any thoughts?

it could be a firewall or anti-virus program, try turning these off. this game seems overly touchy in this respect. i run windows XP and AVG free, with no firewall, and it works. i have seen my gameplay hours say 2 hours when i know its around 7 hrs. this fixed itself eventually. i wouldnt worry about the gameplay time, just try to get the game working and it will update the hours
