Try ems. Steam MS is part of GMS. GMS is mostly just for North America. EMS (European MS) is for the European areas.

This isn't really an answer, but when ever I start up Maplestory, it just stays there on the loading screen with that bouncing mushroom. I leave it there for about half an hour or an hour at the most, but it just stays on that screen! It's really frustrating!! Help!!

EMS eventualy broken and overcheated. There is only way to play Steam GMS, using VPN with American IP.
