NGS HACKING DETECTED: 0x00000000(0)

I recently bought an Asus laptop which has Windows 8.1
I downloaded Maplestory but I keep getting this error.
NGS Hacking detected : 0x00000000(0)

Usually by the time I am logged in the game and my character is in the channel,
everything is fine. However after several seconds, the error comes up and quits
maplestory. The time for it to quit is roughly under 1 minute.

I tried to manually patch Black Cipher and HShield
I disabled my antivirus and firewall.
I disabled any game booster programs.
I ended any unneeded programs that runs in the background.
I restarted my laptop several times.

Nothing seems to work...
Please help!

You ain't the only one having this issue and I have a feeling there are many others having this issue as well. All you can do probably at this point is to sit back and wait for Nexon to put out a patch whenever they finally decide to get to it.

is there any update on this fellas? i'm running into the same deal every time i launch. i found if you close the blackcipher process in task manager then it seems to work if you dont close its error window. but i've read that you can get permabanned? for closing it.

Im having this issue too, unfortunately its been happening for months for me. The game plays for maybe 5 minutes and errors out.
Recently the harddrive I had been using broke, and Im using my secondary, in which I had to do a format, basically. So I had nothing from before, and its still happening. >.> I even tried to get help from the GM's before and they couldn't figure out what was wrong.

So yeah, nexon is irritating me, I can't play my friggin phantom or super noobie -.- I can't play at all.

my game comes up with the usual would you like to let nexon : Maplestory use your hard drive i click yes like every day for the past year and i got that same error sign but it was about 2 hours or so until my game crashed out and now i click yes on the usual Nexon accept screen it says error please use steam to open, MapleStory guys Nexon. Steam. Help us out here

Oh wow... I don't know what I did but a couple days after, it just suddenly started working well again and no problems o.o
