is alchemy worth it
i will keep this short cause the other version was long...can it make a potion that heals HP and SP at the same time

well to power lvl it up buy a ton of those lvl 5 caps in hene and alot of fusing stone and fuse them till you run out of fatigue, and it helps you power lvl your diligents for scrolling purposes

i'm still doing it for defense pots cause it's a Mercedes i use

You can use the dimensional mirror to go to New Leaf City. You just need to scroll through the options until there's one that says either NLC or New Leaf City.

it may not be able to make HP/MP pots, but its still a good idea for saving mesos on pots... well if you farm your own mats it will.

Both (?)
Buffs
More buffs
EVEN MORE BUFFS
Weird buffs that are only available this way (Giant buff anyone?)

Also with few exceptions i'm pretty sure your mats are all available in ardentmill, whereas being an accessory crafter or smith... How the crap do I get leather to make a belt at lv 51, on reboot?
