Unreasonable account ban

As a devoted gamer, I cannot shake off the ban imposed on my account last month. Residing in Costa Rica, I had to travel to China for work and to visit family for personal reasons. Unable to directly connect to GMS in China, I resorted to using an application called "UU," akin to VPN and EXITLAG, to reduce latency and access external networks.

In January of this year, I was thrilled to indulge in my cherished game, having undergone personal growth, diligently practicing SOLO BM almost daily. On January 18th, after wrapping up my activities in the game as usual, I retired for the night. To my dismay, upon logging in the following morning, I discovered my account had been logged out and indefinitely banned from the game.

Despite submitting numerous tickets to demonstrate my innocence and providing evidence of my whereabouts with my residence permit and air ticket, the ban persisted. They dismissed my efforts, relying solely on AI-generated results without conducting a thorough investigation. Their refusal to present evidence of my alleged use of illicit procedures left me frustrated.

I demanded proof of my alleged misconduct, only to be met with further disregard. Their warning of perpetual ignorance if I persisted in submitting tickets felt like bullying, betraying the very spirit of fairness outlined in their official statements. Despite claims of GMs having access to screenshots and videos of player characters, they banned me without disclosing any evidence.

My anger is compounded by the substantial amount of money I've invested in the game without receiving a valid explanation for my ban. I'm left wondering if there's a hidden illicit program on my computer, as most are adept at evading detection by ordinary users. However, I adamantly affirm that I have not employed any such programs while gaming.

I'm resolved to personally visit NEXON's headquarters to demand answers. If met with the same disregard and lack of substantive response, I will not hesitate to take legal action. This situation is unacceptable, and I refuse to be silenced or sidelined any longer.
