Mega Character Burnator?

I've used that Item on my Character and I'm not getting 3 levels anymore?
Is this a bug or does it only go to level 150? It doesn't say that though.

Please help. :D

If I'm not mistaken, they never made any changes to the Burnator so it works the same way old burning did, aka only works up to 150

Ohhh, okay. Thought it want to like 260 or something. The between 10-150 isn't very clear. :P Thank you.
