Cannot Verify to existing account.

Whenever I try to verify to an existing account, it never Emails me the code unless I click on resend. When I enter that code, I get a 20014 error. How do I get past this to play the game.

You will most likely have to contact support through the official website for assistance getting past this error. Although after a bit of research, may I suggest adding an exception for the game's exe files (also any files with the name blackcipher.aes) through your firewall and/or antivirus to see if that assists in launching the game?
