White Screen Not Responding

So do I have to dive into like 40 folders and fix somthing just to play the game? or??

Nope; however, I had the exact same issue of MapleStory loading forever on that pre-Wizet white screen. It ends up taking over an hour plus. I ended up sending a support ticket which got elevated because of my extensive background in IT. Ultimately the solution we (the Nexon tech & I) came up with was to relocate all the files & folders for both launchers onto a completely separate SSD drive (in my system) apart from my other Steam & non-Steam games that I previously used for testing. If that's an option for you then I would suggest attempting it as a solution otherwise you may have to submit a ticket through their main site and wait for a response. Oh, and they don't, and never have, "officially" responded to anything on the Steam forums. I occasionally respond if/when I can spare the time (apologies on randomness lol).
