Will Reboot get permanent Nx item?

Hello :) I'm a new player to this game.
When I look at the webside I saw this Reboot server and looks interesting.
But When I join it and look at cash shop I notice I didn't saw any permanent cosmetic item.
And I done some search online they said Reboot won't get any permanent Nx item.
So can I not get any cosmetic item on reboot server ?

it did eairer on this year but you got them at complete random from boxes. you would have to get lucky to get 1 that you actually want.. but that was in late may.
