Unlinking Accounts, Nexons Response

Ok, for a while now people have had a problem with trying to unlink their nexon account and steam accounts, and today (after many support tickets) they have gotten back to me, so I thought I should share the information.

According to what they have told me, the only ways they can do this is to either change your email address you log on with, which infortunately will do nothing (I have tried this in the past already) or they can delete your account for you which should unlink it... hopefully. Now I for one don't want either of my accounts deleted so there isn't anything I can really do about mine, however if you signed in with a nexon account on steam and you have nothing on it, then you may as well delete that account as it is the only way to fix it.

I am sorry that this may not be the solution everyone was looking for, but it is what I was told.

Okay. I read the first sentence and this is what I thought. That was stupid. Nexon explicitly says don't send them more than one ticket for one subject. They will eventually get back to you, you just need to be patient.

Yes, however when I need help, they usually wait 2 months and then say "Oh, its been inactive for 2 months so we closed it... wanna fill out this survey on how good we helped you?"

Long story short, their customer service sucks.

What's the point in unlinking it?

The Steam MS launcher will link any email to your steam account when you first enter it, whether it be a valid email, an email to the wrong account, or just a non-existing email. In any scenario, if it's an email that isn't on your main MS account, how do you play MS through Steam?
Also, Steam does not let you unlink the email you first entered either.
