Akarium quest bugged

After chapter 2 of silence crusader is finished, i received an akarium quest.
But bastille doesnt give me a quest so i cant enter to cracked time for akarium.
Its bugged i think. in this situation what should i do? pls help me.
i dont wanna leave this characterㅜㅜ.

Generally forfeiting the quest then re-accepting works. The only questline that can perma bug out is magnus prequest.

Normally bastille should give a quest for akarium in front of rhinne statue, but i cant get any quest cuz questline says that quest is already cleared. If that quest is cleared, portal in front of rhinne statue should be opened for akarium quest, but its closed.. idk why bugs happen so frequently. i think one of my character cant use boss contents akarium. For raising a strong character, is hunting akarium necessary? or can i replace dominate pendant with some pendant? (for example gollux pandent) i can get 15 starforced dominate pendant by burning event. Do u recommend 15domi instead of 17 absolabs weapon?
