What are my options for permanent NX costumes these days?

Looking for something frilly and simple for my upcoming Bishop, like a Schoolgirl uniform with slime slippers or something. Perhaps stockings/tights if available.

Whatever I go with has to be permanent though. No 30/90 days crap that I have to rebuy, needs to be something that lasts forever.

First NX purchase is going to a pet for auto-pot and auto-loot, but after that I'll be looking for costumes, hair styles and gestures, etc.

Either surprise style boxes (aka lootboxes) or permanent clothing packages, those are the main ways to get perm nx items

Do permanent Slime Slippers exist? I'm open to colors, green, red or blue are all good.

Is there a japanese schoolgirl costume? Or the option for stockings or pantyhose?

There might be, but on the 90 days section, during saint patrick's day there were perm green slime slippers on sale (alongside other green clothing, all perm)

Again, your only real chances at perm equips are Surprise boxes, packages and seasonal perm items (Such as the example mentioned before, for easter there were perm bunny items for sale)

Do you know if the costumes I mentioned even exist at all?

Can costumes be bought from the Auction House with Mesos?

I believe they do, they should be available in the auction house but I can't say anything about their price tags
