If you really want classes based off rotations then the top 2 would be Cadena and Blaster, they both revolve around animation cancelling and cycling between their skills to optimize dps/burst, hoyoung is similar to an extent.
Pathfinder just requires to macro all skills and there you go, you do that for both grinding and bossing lol, Ark is a strange case, they are based around cycling between skills but I believe it's a lot more efficient to simply press down one skill (at least in the NA server) and Kain well, dunno, apparently Kain is below average
I guess that you already played those BUT, thinks change, often a lot. When did you last play? And what's the highest level you reached?
Also, I personally just like simple skills - press a key & they happen. I was totally bamboozled when I first tried and Ara, still don't understand the dark/light side of Luminous (or don't want to). How do you feel about that?
Are you into bossing or not? That makes a difference. I boss with my Pally (and get rich selling the equip drops), but not with my mage, who is great at mobbing,
Also, I only ever Solo. How about you? I am sure that you know that a Bishop is welcome in any party, some classes re better at bossing, some at mobs ...
If you can tell us a bit more about your likes & dislikes, when you last played & what you are after, then we can help you better.
Also, log on on all those old chars to keep your Legion up.
If you wait for the upcoming Neo event, you can "burn" a character so that it rises 3 levels for every 1 gained. I believe that there will be two of these in Neo.
Also, consider characters that have good link skills (Mercedes) or Legion skills
Blaster will hurt your fingers.
