Does anyone else have issues starting Maplestory through steam?

I keep getting: "A system error has occurred. Please try again later. (Error 2024/1902)". I typed the verification code and even my own password but it won't let me on the game because of this error. I can log into the website just fine but not through Steam.

I reinstalled the game, restarted my pc, and tried logging in again 12 hours later... that got me in... unsure if that'd help any of you guys
