Use the Illium 2nd job skill called:

Deploy Crystal (Active)
Summons a Crystal with ancient powers to freely make use of it. A Crystal is summoned when the skill is used, and the Crystal moves to a certain spot in front when summoned. Use it again while pressing ↓ Key to teleport the Crystal to your location.
Level 1: While the Crystal is charged, the charge resets to 0 after 10 sec.

It might really help to actually read the skill descriptions...

You're better off looking up a video explaining it. You need to put the 2nd job skill on one of your keys.
