Forgot my pin

I haven't logged in a while andI forgot the pin to my acct and Ive gone to nexon's page to reset the pin and verified through my email; however, I am still unable to reset my pin. Is there any way to reset my pin?

what browser are you using? And what error do you get?
I just managed to reset two accounts of PICs.

I dont get any error, it says it reset my password, but it keeps telling me to input my old pic in order to change. weird thing is that now I can't even open maple.

From "Maple Central"'s discord group:

"Hi Maplers,
We are aware of the issue where certain players are unable to log in to the game. Upon investigation, we found out that there seems to be a connection issue from South America that is preventing players from that region to log in. If you are affected, we would like to recommend you to try contacting your ISP and check if there are connection issues to North America."

Don't know if that has anything to do with you, but that might be the case.

Thanks but Im from the states. I got my game running again with changing some settings of the screenwindow. But Im still having the issue with changing my pin, I'm going to try playing maple on the nexon launcher and try unsyncing my acct from steam. Hope that does the trick.

If you're still having this issue the only real solution that I'm aware of is contacting the actual support team on the main MapleStory website and letting them assist you. They very rarely respond to anything here--if at all, but their support team does respond through the main site.

Thanks! That's what I actually did. I contacted them yesterday, but I feel like I wont be getting a response soon. In the meantime, I'll probably hop on to another game. Any recs?
