How do you login to the Nexon website?

I would like to log into Nexon's website using the account that I created through steam. Supposedly the Nexon id is the same as my steam Email. However, when I attempted to reset my password on the Nexon website using my steam email using the forgot your password option, I get the message " Either this account doesn't exist or the password is incorrect. Please try again."

My only suggestion would be to contact Nexon support (through this website: https://support-maplestory.nexon.net/hc/en-us) using any and all information you have for proof of ownership (listed here: https://support-maplestory.nexon.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000696643--Information-needed-for-account-verification-email-change-request) of the account and go from there.

Unfortunately, I do not work for Nexon, Steam or any affiliate so research/tech support is the extent of my assistance. Hopefully they will be able to assist you and get you gaming again
