Can't create character.

I got 8 slots. By pressing "create character" it just tries to log me into a highlighted character.
And even on a clear page. It does nothing, It tells me to punch in my PIN. but nothing happens.

Changing Pin worked guys.

I changed my PIN and it didn't work. I can't create the new character. I was using Nexon Launcher and that wouldn't even let me start the game. So Steam at least gets me a Burning Character.

you literally stated that it works. on steam (which this thread is on) after changing pin. It works.

i changed my PIN using Nexon Launcher and it didn't work. I'm now using Steam and it does work.
Steam works with creating a Burning Character but it still doesn't work with creating a HoYoung character.
Maybe the latest maintenance will fix that
