Farming Mesos

Hello! As the title says I am looking for a somewhat decent way to farm mesos for a noob. I am a level 190 Cadena on Bera.

Thanks for any tips and suggestions!

*Note: I've terrible equipment (event armour) so please take that into consideration as well.

You don't really farm mesos in bera, you merch, which as the word implies, you just sell gear in the auction house.

There are methods of getting some money without great equips, the most noticeable one is commerci, as you can sell the eye an face accesories that you can find there.

There are more methods, but the one i mentioned is an easy next to no effort way to make a few meso to begin with.

Keep in mind, if you want to make greater amounts of meso you have to get stronger to sell more advanced gear.

I've always farmed meso on every server I play on simply because I'm not a whale, I do not have that kind of money to just drop loads of cash into a game (for the merch shops), and I've rarely ever spent any money on MapleStory anyway. I have been able to farm some very nice equips through regular bossing and they hand out enough stat boosting/reroll items that it's possible to gain epic % boosts for free with patience. I'm not against merching or anything if you have the funds then knock yourself out I guess. Also, there was a problem with duped items (being merched obviously) a while back and lots of folks did lose their accounts because of it--just a word of caution.

Why does merching requires money? Auction house is free for all to use, which is why bera is such a popular and active server, i played on a regular server a few months ago and i made pretty good progress without any real money investment, there's no need to pray rng when you can just buy the materials and make your own gear (which is what i did)

Thank you all for the suggestions and tips! I haven't played in years prior so I thought NX was still needed for most things. I'll definitely have to start checking more things out.

Another thing to note is that you can in fact buy nx with mesos (and vice versa) from meso market, a feature that was added some time ago, the rates are always fluctuating depending on the time of the year (Usually being cheaper when the game is more active).

Although not very convenient for upgrading gear, can help you with some nice utility, like pets, pet skills, inventory expansion and of course, cosmetic items.

She's in the free market, right next to the guy that buys boss crystals, talk to her, write down your PIN and she'll show you the market with the rates.
