Error 11001 no host is known

I switched over to my laptop from desktop, and I began getting error 11001 like every 30minutes to an hour of gameplay. I went to google for help and none of them had any fix. Such as deleteing browser history, cookies, cache and etc. And using a different broswer which didn't help. I don't have this problem when playing on my desktop. I'm also using windows 10.

I was browsing the internet for this issue and solutions. Most suspicious websites say the same thing: "this error is usually due to the wrong registry information, network connection errors, missing system files, damaged system files." And they suggest one of two things - download a program and run it, or commit some changes to your system files and then restart your computer.
