the way it slows down on the last few upgrades, especially needs to go... its like hitting a police road block

I've completed a 5-10 campaign runs, but only seen him maybe 3 times, is it a random chance thing? Do I have to fail a defense quest? Or just have the incursion above/below a certain percentage?

I want to ask about the ship stat upgrades. There are some stat upgrades that changes the number of weapon/utility slots, but even if I confirm to apply changes, upgrades that changes the number of slots do not apply. Am I doing something wrong? I am able to apply non-slot stat changes, so I don’t think I am doing it wrong....

When using Warp Call, and ships doesn't have any improvements to be made then warp call shows zero across all potential upgrades. this wastes warp call, and prevents from gathering all ship modifiers
