Cassanda died, again. Reproduced this bug on camera.

It happens due to path-finding, when Cassandra runs through room with angry mob.

I found it in your post history by clicking on your profile name in your post and selecting View Posts. You can also find a link to your Post History on the right side of the discussion pages or go to ACTIVITY from the menu you get by clicking your profile name at the top of the Steam client and click on My Comment History on the right side.

If you did that earlier, but didn't find it, maybe that thread was hidden and then restored, or there was a Steam server problem at that time : )

Edit: I think you were looking for it in Bug Reports but it was in (moved to?) General Discussions.
