Changing screen resolution/Fullscreen
Navigate to your library, right click on Ragnarok, then go to properties. Click on Local Files to go to the Ragnarok game folder. Then run Setup as an admin. From there you can adjust the game resolution and set it to full screen.

D3D missing means you need to update your DirectX... AKA run your windows updates.

Missing resolution list:
"Okay, here is what I did. Go the the RO program folder > Find the Setup Icon that you would run and is messed up in your SS there, Cut that file and move it to your desktop. (This may be random and unrelated, but is exactly what I did *run the Classic Setup and select the resolution you want and save*) - Now, go to the desktop and open set-up *Hopefully now you have the resolution options and you can set it and save it. This will create the RO Saved folder on your desktop, cut this from the desktop and move it back to the RO folder and overwrite the existing."

For those of you looking for a way to make the window bigger in ~2022, follow the OP's instructions (except the Ragnarok folder will already be the one that's open when you go to local files). DO NOT CHOOSE FULL SCREEN. Instead, select the resolution of your screen size. This will prevent the error. If you want to be able to move the window around, uncheck 'mouse exclusive'. This lets you click on things outside the play area.
