Also missions issued (beside the objectives) are great too, but they stop coming in later game.
I love them all and there should be more.
About what you are reporting here, I'm sure it's everything on its tracks...
Yes I wish there was a fourth additional faction for each nation. A peace keeper type that has the duty of maintaining balance with the senate or chieftains. Another way to do it would be to just allow you to do quests for other factions to avoid a civil war.
