There might be a UI folder you have to download to the RTW 2 data folder with the mod as well.

know this was years ago but, did you try right clicking the archive and pressing "extract the files..." into the data folder? That's the only way to activate mods in any game cuz yah know they don't take too kindly to RAR. files.

I guess I will stay out of the way of a determined pig who want to become a Necromancer, in the case of Pushing Subscribe 5 times, auto download and play with easy removal, VS. Download all at the same time, unpack the files and play with easy(if you know the files) self removal. Good day, happy campaigning.

"snorts" sit your ass down noob:
a) manual installation is much safer, and makes it easier to detect and eliminate problem mods rather having to go through that ♥♥♥♥ they call a "mod manager" in which you can only see 3 mods at a time; it's much easier to click 1 file to disable an entire mod rather than trying to scrounge around for all 6 DEI parts + any Add-ons you and Patches scattered around that you have to uninstall or else: CTD.
b) Most modders don't even bother putting their ♥♥♥♥ on steam workshop (or that new bethesda net launcher) because of size limits, regulations, and the fact that they SUCK. By manual installation, (or using a third party mod manager) you can ensure that your mods are up-to-date because modders always post their newest patches on Trusted mod sites FIRST i.e nexus, ModDB; In fact, 80% of game mods in the world are NOT on steam, NOR are patched frequently. So you're missing out buddy!
c) I bet you don't even know where the ini. file is.

So good day to you too sir.
