Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition

Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition

Statistiche:
INTEL GRAPHICS HD/INTEGRATED PLAYERS
What results is everyone getting? 2000, 3000, 4000, any of them will do. CA worked closely with Intel to ensure the game could run smoothly on integrated GPUs; it would be good to know if the (small) minority of us poor people using Intel HD are having any luck and what you think the patch will bring...

Im getting about 10-15 fps on an i3 and HD 3000. Im still chugging through lol. The game is good but I dont understand how its such a drop from my almost 30fps Shogun 2. Lets hope the patch improves the fps a bit.
HD 4000 i7, 8Gb ram, ran Shogun 2 fine. Only can get playable frames at the lowest of settings and it looks awful. Any news if this patch will help the Intel HD GPUs?
Hey guys

Yea that's interesting, I'm managing about 5-10 FPS and I've got and i3 with a HD 4000. It sounds like an optimization thing, given that CA were intent making it work for any integrated Intel GPU, and I'm hopeful the patch will improve performance. Guess us fairweather gamers are playing the waiting game :-)

If you get any new results from the patch tomorrow don't forget to post them here! Hopefully we can work out an optimum performance...
So I tried the beta and now I don't think I can download the new patch or its not picking up that is avaible... how is your guys expeiance with the patch?
Anyone playing with a pc using integrated graphics is a disgrace to the pc gaming community.
Yeah man I wish I could have both, but turns out paying for school is slighlty more important. So i guess I shouldn't be playing PC games good point thanks for the insight.

Not being funny mate but its pretty pathetic to post this. You are the disgrace to the pc gaming community.

N.B The beta patch slightly increased performance for me.

I can run the battle map at reasonable FPS on low, but the campaign map is like 2-3 FPS almost unplayable

Haha Karlos Fandango, I'm just glad I'm not sad enough to have a PC 'worthy' enough. Leave the thread whilst us paupers find the best way to enjoy the game yea? You're like a really ♥♥♥♥ version of Cicero: elitist and a bona fide ♥♥♥♥.
i wanna disable the intel one.....the game jus cant choose my dedicated amd vcard....
@Lanaya™ total war forums tell you how to set GPU preferences. A lot of people are having that problem at the moment.

Post-patch download I can say it's running a little better at 20 FPS. Not the best though, obviously. I think I'm gonna wait until the next few patches to get stuck in; been playing Total War for 16 years and I know tis game has potential!!
The patch seemed to help a number of problems for me to the point where it is playable at low settings and campain map cleaned up alot with increased frames... I wondered the same about the dedicated card also
Anyone had any luck with the patches?
Yes actually, it is much better :D
