Any way to lock mouse on dual monitor setup?

Ridiculously, this game doesn't lock your mouse to the game and I can't find an option anywhere to do that. So when I try rolling to the right (by moving my mouse to the right side of my screen) there is about a 1cm wide target I have to hit, otherwise it goes onto my second monitor. Any solution short of disabling my second monitor (which is annoying)? And why the hell would they not make this a default setting? It's obviously not difficult, as just about every single game that comes out for PC has it.
