you need to start a new grand campaign at this point.
Only thing I can think of why this might happening.
In my case the conquest of Bovianum resulted in me returning to the Main menu, as the campaign had ended
The prolog ends on the cut scene. Thats it. You go to the main menu it just does not show.
You need to start a new compaign. Instead of starting new one, you basically click "load autosave" which brings you back 1 turn behind. You win again, the prolog ends again.
Took me 4 times to figure that out :)
However, the achievement does not pop and also in the prologue menu you will still see some chapters locked.
Considering the noise they made about the prologue pre-release they could have at least played through it once to like, you know, test it.
Yes. Most of the cities in the prologue don't even exist on the main campaign map.
