Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition

Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition

Statistiche:
Is 16 GB of RAM enough for Rome 2?
Will the game run properly with 16 GB on highest settings? (Assuming all other specs are met)

Salvus: one thing you need to understand about computers - if an application is not using your ram you don't get any benifit from it. There are very very few applications that use a full 16GB of ram and Rome 2 is certainly not one of them.
As sneaky has said, the point of ram is just to have things, having more ram means you dont have to be so bothersome if you have skype or something running at the same time.
thats like asking oh can my computer run bf4 with 2 i5 4670k processors and two radeon hd 7950 in sli with 34 gb of ram because i really dont want to have to buy a new computer.(just joking around here)
It's more than enough.
no get 32 because ram is what makes games look good not your gpu don't worry about your gpu or cpu just get more more more ram
Don't listen to that guy.
What sneakythief said was correct, but he didn't say that Rome II is a 32-bit executable and is currently unable to use more than 2GB of System RAM. So, 4GB is probably enough for Rome II and some other little things running in the background.

Is your knowledge of numbers thus bad that you can't see the difference between 4 and 16? Or are you just retarded enough to not read the required specs for a game? Or are you some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that wants to stroke his ♥♥♥♥ to people commenting to your 16GB?

LOL sorry! I guess Im a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for asking.. I saw the 4 gb requirements but I guessed that was for lower settings. I was unsure if more might be required for highest settings. I guess I have my answer though. Thanks..
Hahaha. You could run two or three operating systems plus Rome 2 at the same time with 16gb of RAM assuming you had the processor to handle it. Your CPU and GPU are going to me the main concern with gaming once you have 8gb or more RAM.

Your RAM will be bottlenecked by your CPU. No reason to go over 8 gb.
