Better Cinematic camera control?

Can anyone explain to me how to get better cinematic control? My camera will only go as low as being over the unit's heads, but this guy got his camera to go down into the actual grudge of the battle. it's at 22:20. I asked him, but no response. anyone have an answer?

Extended Camera Minimod-is the one i use for battles and campaign-eg-below
yes-you can have some settings in game-rts and general view,,,,
then in battle theres-unit view camera with zoom
and intelligent zoom-with extra zoom
the mod-is in workshop and is totally ace-ill never switch
use all the cameras together and you can zoom real close or real high

Sorry, Caine was correct in answering what I was after. I already knew about the cinematic camera.
