personally it doesn't look much different then whe ni play o.O the waters a bit different and the unit cards looks slightly different but .. as far asgraphically i don't really see much of a difference ^.^.

alot of features that were featured in the games videos were probably changes at the last minute - isn't uncommon in the production of games, and movies, and music.

theres often two or three design concepts presented - in movies each scene usually has like 4 versions and the director/producer/writers an such go over it an pick whichever they think best suites the way they wish to tell the movie.

it works more or less the same way with a lot of games too. course theres also the fact that sometimes they don't listen to the fans, and other times they listen to the wrong fans, or mis-interpret the suggestions/desires of there audience/fans.

Point is they duped all total war fans, they cashed in on the franchise name and didnt deliver. Its like a high end restaurant menu with a picture of filet mignon and they bring you a piece of poop on your plate and say "Enjoy". You forget these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ made a game to satisfy a ratings system, if a feature wouldnt get them a high rating they scrapped it, no matter how good it was.

It's misleading for sure. But there were also videos showing what state Rome 2 would be in a week or so before release. Why didn't you watch that one?

The video was from CA, it was uploaded on the channel a week before release. Sorry you can't read?

It's not stamped on the footage but you can deduce from the pulished date of August 24 that the footage is a little before release, no? Also, at the start of the video the publisher mentions hes at the CA studio.

Anyway, did you watch the video? I think it's pretty accurate depiction of Rome 2 village assaults at release.
