Today’s the day we release the Black Sea Colonies Culture Pack DLC (plus FreeLC faction!).

We mentioned FreeLC - your game will be updated via Steam today with the 12th entry in our list of free content releases - the new, playable faction of Massilia. A wealthy trading-state of Greek colonists situated on the north-western coast of the Mediterranean, Massilia has come to embrace Gaulish culture, military units and battle tactics.

Also available for purchase from today, the Black Sea Colonies Culture Pack brings three further factions to ROME II’s Grand Campaign, custom battles and multiplayer. Cimmeria, Colchis and Pergamom all claim Greek heritage, but their settlement away from their homelands has wrought subtle changes to their cultures. Each faction enjoys unique traits, strengths and hybrid unit Rosters that reflect their culturally diverse civic and military aspects.

Additionally, the latest patch will drop at the same time, consisting of further balancing changes to unit strengths based on community feedback.

I bought the Black Sea Culture Pack and it says that it is in my library, however when I start my game these factions are nowhere to be found. Can you help?

That link didn't work nor does the support link in my Total War Rome 2 work either. Not sure how to clear cache and restart steam. I have restarted my computer but with no success.

Thats funny because when I click on it or even double click on it, nothing happens. What I am trying to say is nothing is working so I am looking for suggestions or solutions not some curt response that does nothing to help.

The new factions do not show up in Encyclopedia, only in the Grand Campaign.

the factions are not showing up for play in grand campaign but are there for custom battles. =x

Edit: seems the 4tpy mod is messing wtih the faction choice.

Thanks for these updates, CA. I preordered Rome 2 and like many others, was disappointed by the game at launch. I just started playing again and am impressed by how much the game has improved. Thank you for supporting your game and fans.

I bought the Black Seas Colony pack early, my Custom battles did not work, same for Multiplayer whether it was enabled or disabled, right now it still does not work, I can only play Grand Campaign and whenever I launch the Custom battle it crashes, same with Multiplayer, help?

Hi people of CA. I'm an Italian player and I bought Black Sea Colonies... but when i'm in Grand Campaign Menu there's no Text describing the colonies in Italian. Pergamon description is correctly in italian, but misses the "Black Sea" cultural information on the left, and the faction Pro & Cons. Also Cimmeria and Colchi misses all the text. When I start a campaign with all these factions the italian audio of the Faction Announcer works correctly, but instead of the text there is this strange word "TBD". The Objectives also have no texts and faction special tech too.
Even Massilia had this problem, but in menu it had her own description in english, instead of italian. Can u resolve this problem?
I have already restarted Steam and cleaned the cache.
