It's just a little plug-in in Rome 2 to broadcast your game to twitch.tv. It's essentially a streamer function.

The thing you are agreeing or not is only who owns what regarding video content created using this plug in.

If you don't plan to stream your game you can ignore it.

dont agree to it! its a virus that wipes ur computer!! it happened to me lastnite as soon as i did the patch! all my credit card info and bank info were hacked as well as all my social site info. Dont agree to twitch!!!!11!!1one!!!!!
