scorpion ballista attack damage is 30 and cost more then ballista with 170 damage
what is the upside of this?

Huh, so they are their own ballista and not just alternative ammo? Also what are the exact effects of the shot if you don't mind?

Always figured scorpions were moveable turrets with a relatively fast and short shot that is good against infantry. Whereas ballista/catapults were dedicated siege weapons.

He means the scorpion loaded ballistae from the new DLC (i.e. they fire pots filled with scorpions). But yeah. Apparently they're trash. Should have been an ammo type. There will be a mod to change that I'm sure.

Oh, wow lol. That sounds terrible. I would imagine the area the pot impacts would damage or kill the guys that walk over it. But ya, ammo type would have made sense, as much sense as testing/optimzing your game before releasing it would have.

I think CA released it more of a joke than anything else... Can't seem to find any other reason.. O wait yeah some poor lads would actually pay money for it.......... what??
