Changing the language in Total War Rome II Emperor edition
So I've installed Total War ROME II Emperor edition but I can't change the language to english.
Can someone please help I'm stuck with Russian Language.

Right click on game icon in libary -> Properties -> Lanaguage -> English

I tried changing it in properties to english and it even started a download. But game is still not in english.

I tried copying the files "local_en.pack and local_en_rome2.pacl" from Total War ROME II and I pasted it in the Emperor Edition. It worked except that there alot of missing texts in the game so I don't count that as a win.
