I've realised that the graphics and frame rates are much better when the script is set to 0 however, there's this annoying message.
Guess just have to live with it, annoyingly
I always made sure to tick unlimited memory of BECAUSE otherwise game will force change your settings. Now the issue is that in Rome 2, is you lower some settings, they wont be processed by GPU but by CPU now. This means that in Rome 2, having some stuff set to low will make your performance worse.
By default game also reads up to 3GB of VRAM but you can trick it to read up to 4GB VRAM with simple edit. Here is instruction for it from our DeI forum:
1)Go to (C:\Users\User name(your profile)\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Rome2\scripts\preferences.scripts . Open it with Notepad.
2)Now scroll down to like the 10th line of the text & look for gfx_video_memory 0;
3)Now change it to gfx_video_memory -2000; or -4000;
