Mod launcher saying updated mods are out of date.

No matter what mod I try to use the launcher says it's out of date, be it DEI medieval 1100 or age of bronze. Anyone know how to fix this?

No need to fix it as message is irrelevant. Rome 2 launcher has NO WAY to check if mod is up to date or not. Only new games have launchers where it works.

For example all mods manually installed will have this message.
If your game crashed then all mods will be flagged as out of date too.

Just press ignore button on it.

I do ignore it on some of the Mods I use. BUT!!!! There have been a few that came up outdated and did cause a crash. So if you just added a new Mod to your load list and you see the warning, ignore it but note that it popped up after adding that new Mod. Also, it's a good idea never to add more than one new Mod at a time. That way if your game crashes, or fails to even load, you can pretty much guess which Mod caused the issue. Either delete ir or try changing the load order.

And some Mods area actually outdated. There are several that I've subscribed to that were meant for older versions of DEI that do not work with the current version.

As one of DeI creators, I can assure you, launcher has no way to check if they are actually outdated since in theory is should check if they are Rome 2 Patch 20 compatible (released in 2018) but it can't do it and won't be able to see if submod is compatible with new versions of mods they depend on.

I know. What I meant by outdated is that they crash the game when you try to use them. BTW, DEI is incredible. Thanks!
